At Fonseca Biosciences, our commitment to patient safety includes the thorough collection, review, and reporting of all Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Complaints (PCs) associated with the use of our products pending FDA approval and marketed products.
Fonseca Biosciences is dedicated to complying with all applicable regulations and global standards for reporting AEs and Product Complaints (collectively known as Reportable Events). All individuals subject to this policy must report any identified Reportable Events within one business day of becoming aware of them.
